Little Carpathian wine region

First town you will visit is Pezinok. The path from Bratislava to Pezinok leads through pleasing vineyard towns lying in Small Carpathians. Pezinok is the centre of Small Carpathian Region with marvellous historical town centre. In Pezinok you will visit the Small Carpathian Museum – specialized in wine growing, viniculture and culture of wine drinking. Next town visited will be Modra, which has been well-known for its unique majolica pottering along with its wine production since the 14th century. Here famous ceramic manufacture will be visited, where you will experience all the different stages of hand-made production. Next journey will lead to a fairytale castle the Red Stone Castle. Here you find out how people used to live in a noble residence. The trip will be ended by visit of one of the best local wine producers including wine tasting.
